Half-term finished with our Harvest Festival. Students and their families were extremely generous again this year, bringing food for us to distribute via local Food Banks.
Using a blind taste test, we proved how it is almost impossible to taste the difference between premium brands and supermarket own-brand goods. – Lots more pictures of this below!
We also had an informative and thought-provoking talk form ‘Sanctus’, who provide support to refugees and asylum seekers in the UK, especially those in the Stoke-on-Trent area.
Students paid £1 to come in non-uniform, with the funds being donated to ‘Rainbow House’ and the ‘Motor Neurone Disease Association’.
