Pop Star, Beth Sherburn, to perform at UAK – with a message about Online Safety

On July 3rd, Beth Sherburn (a singer/songwriter from the Midlands who describes her music as feel good pop) will be visiting the academy to not only perform for the students, but also deliver an Online Safety and Cyber Bullying presentation to years 7 and 8, supporting the programmes developed by Life Skills CIC.

Beth has toured all over Europe and recently had a track featured on BBC Radio 1. She has also supported some major artists including The Saturdays and Conor Maynard.

This program has toured to more than 1,750 schools around the UK, with a mix of different artists who have had outstanding reviews. The students will watch a unique and entertaining performance from the visiting artist, which is followed by an Online Safety education presentation. The main message of the presentation is to empower and inform students to make the right choices regarding Online Safety & Cyber Bullying.
